How can I contact Hinishi? You can reach our dedicated customer support team at info@hinishi.com. We are available Monday through Friday, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST). We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major secure payment methods to ensure a safe checkout:

Can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in transit, and you will need to follow our standard return process.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to and what are the costs? We primarily serve customers in Canada and provide international shipping. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Will I be charged customs or import duties? For international orders outside of Canada, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes according to your local regulations. These fees are determined by your local authorities and are not covered by Hinishi.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Hinishi covers all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: All returns must be authorized via email before being sent back. Do not send items to our registered business address in Ottawa, as they cannot be processed there.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
